I discovered that the rear portion of the control housing, the condensate collector which diverts the water through the back panel into the drain line, had broken. To remove the housing there is one screw centered towards the front which must be removed, then a screw at each end of the control face which only need to be loosened. New on snapped right in. Toughest part was getting broken pieces of old shelf out from slots in door (used tweezers). Note: question below won't let me check "Other" as a response??? So I checked screw driver, but didn't use one. I used no tools, other than a pair of tweezers!! Read more
