After inspection it was noted that door was not sealing securely and the internal temp for the refrigerator section was not holding within required temperatures. Fixed by ordering new door seal and installing that seal. Read more
Took out the top shelf, turned it over and removed one screw (1/4" Nut driver). Lined up new rail, reinserted screw and that's about it. Anyone can do this! Read more
Sears no longer supported our refrigerator model, so I called Appliances Pros. I spoke with a young lady, she took the model number and description of the part we lost. It was actually 2 parts that screwed together, she alerted me to this fact. She guided me, on my computer, to the right parts. She was very efficient and in less than a a minute had located both parts. I purchased the parts, which took about a week or so to arrive. Well it was very easy that appliance pros have the right specs for the refrigerator. So we located the parts we needed after ordering it was only a couble of days that the parts were here great service And yes the problem is fixed and know I don't have to have my wife tell me it needs to be fixed.
