The inlet sump was deteriorating and pieces of it were clogging the spray arms. The gasket/seal on the bottom of the door was also deteriorated and clogging the filters. That seal was only available on a new inner door. It took a few hours because of the new inner door and I was taking my time doing extra cleaning and such. It was worth it because the dishwasher does an amazing job now and the wife is happy again. We wanted to avoid buying a new one because this one matches our other... Read more

• Won't start

Looks as if water seeped down onto the control strip and shorted it out. There were two traces in the membrane switch ribbon cable that were blown. Considered soldering them, but removing the control strip for inspection pretty much ruined the aesthetics of it, so just ordered another. You just have to unscrew the top mount screws to free the back panel of the door from the hinged inner panel of the door. I ordered the parts, including the spray arm, lock nut and filter. They wer either broken due to knife and for falling down! The new parts were an exact match! In addition the videos were very helpful! Read more
