I wasn't sure if it was the door being warped, the spring return being worn, or the rotary damper failing, so I ordered all to update the door mechanism. First, I will never, ever make the mistake of unscrewing anything on an appliance while it is still connected to power - what started as a cosmetic fix on the freezer door ended up costing me $340 to fix after I shorted out one of the boards for the dispenser. This 1/4" compression nut and ring is used to connect the water supply line to the water valve inlet. Can be used anywhere a 1/4" compression fitting is needed.

The repair was quite simple thanks to Appliance Parts Pro. The first step that I did was watch the helpful repair video from appliance Parts pro. I did not just run out and buy the condenser fan motor as instructed by the repair video. I went and bought a multimeter tester and tested the motor and it determined to be the condenser motor.
