When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. This was a very easy repair. I watched the video from Appliance Parts Pro and then followed the same steps. I took my time and the only issue was that I had to flip the handles from the first installation so that the trim would fit better. There was no repair video for this fix so I had to figure it out myself. I removed all the shelves out of the refrigerator, then the light cover. The air vent cover lifts up and out from the bottom(reason why I removed all shelving. Then I took out the broken dial pan chill which just snaps in to the control arm.
