When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. I found the appropriate parts on the appliancepartspros.com website and placed the order. I recieved an email informing me that the parts were on back order with an expected ship date by the manufacturer. It took a while for the part to arrive, but well worth the wait. We had been keeping the door closed with a wedge, and the fix was very easy and the parts were exactly what was needed. Now the door works like new and we aren't looking at a broken door cap.
