I ordered a replacement auger from AppliancePartsPros.com. Upon receipt of the new auger, I watched the repair video and took the ice crusher apart. I found several other parts that needed to be replaced as well. Once All the parts were received, I again watched the video. Ordered new door seal for both doors (OEM GE parts from AppliancePartsPros.com.). Laid out new seals on flat surface (face down) to relax over night. Before installation I used a hair drier on high to heat and relax the seal, used drier more on wrinkled areas. Removed old seals and cleaned grooved and flat area with window cleaner.
