The GE Model G-157 is probably over twenty years old. Local appliance store couldn't find a match, but your site came close and I chose the ordered drain hose by appearance. A minor adjustment to the hose with a two inch galvanized electoral pipe and using a cut-off end with three hose clamps, it works. Ran five loads and its during the six right now. I had to repair a previous "appliance repairman" fix. They obviously didn't order thier parts from AppliancePartPros.com. They had radiator hose clamps tightening down the hoses on the wrong size pump inlet and outlet. So THANKS to AppliancePartsPros.com I am no longer in the dog house! Easy fix. A few screw on the back of the control panel. Then a few plugs, 2 hoses and a few more screws held the water valve on. Read more
