My wife thought we should order an entire door or replace the ovens! I found AppliancePartsPros online. Ordered the wrong part only realizing this after taking the door apart. I then called customer service and Mr. Chris Norwood handled my call. He cancelled my order and found the correct glass for me. This was about 3pm on a Fri. The lights in the electronic panel went out on our double oven. The start button would beep, but that was it. It came back on for a few minutes every other day or so, but certainly not anything we could rely on. So I found the part online and bought with these guys because they were super helpful over the phone, confirmed the new part would work for my oven model (RBD305PDS14), and had a fantastic return policy.
