When I took the left side of the handle off I found the plastic piece that broke on the right side was about to break on the left side also. Initially called repair man and he checked it out , took about half of the freezer insides out to decide the fan was bad. Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week. So I finished tearing apart the freezer to get to part removing the ice maker and rear panel, removed fan and ordered new parts, parts arrived as said and I put back together. At first I tried to fix the bent rails and press back in the ball bearings, but even the sleeves were ripped. The rails purchased from Appliance Part Pros were in-stock and lowest cost.
