I have a samsung RF4287HARS/XAA. Long story short I have six boys. They managed to break two door shelves. The gallon shelf in the right side and the mid shelf on the left. Ordered parts to reattach the handle online. I ordered an array of parts totaling $60, including 2 nylon pins that may have been right and left. Only one worked so hopefully that was the reason - not clear on the parts list. End caps are plastic and broken tabs trying to put them on so they are glued in place.
