Replaced the defrost heater, Temp sensor, and defrost thermostat. I'm pretty sure the defrost heater was the only faulty part, but I replaced the other parts to be safe. Initially called repair man and he checked it out , took about half of the freezer insides out to decide the fan was bad. Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week.
