The plastic on the strike ice door was broken which caused cam to slip. CAUTION: when I removed assembly, I also removed swith and cover. This allowed water to enter switch and shorted it out when power was reapplied. My mistake. I ordered strike is door, switch and seal on Monday and all arrived on Friday. I found the part by putting in my model number and using blow up parts list. I ordered it and it came in three days using regular shipping. The part fit perfectly and it was a quality manufacturer's part. Total repair bill with shipping was less that 12 dollars. Can't beat that! Read more

We ordered the hooks for the shelf that had replaceable hooks. And we ordered the bottom shelf called "Pick off Shelf." The Pick off Shelf was just a replaceable shelf and was no problem. The shelf with the hooks wasn't as easy, but that's because we aren't very "savvy" when it comes to fixing things that come with no directions. I watched the video at your site which was excellent in explaining the steps. My model had about 25 screws that I had to remove which differed from the model in the video. This was not a big issue as my gasket had holes built in for every screw which helped me to make sure the gasket was in the correct place when installed. The repair took about 30 minutes to complete.
