We ordered the hooks for the shelf that had replaceable hooks. And we ordered the bottom shelf called "Pick off Shelf." The Pick off Shelf was just a replaceable shelf and was no problem. The shelf with the hooks wasn't as easy, but that's because we aren't very "savvy" when it comes to fixing things that come with no directions. Replaced evaporator motor. The first replacement motor sent was not the right part. Appliance Parts Pros Customer Service was extremely helpful and found another replacement part, shipped it and arranged the return. The new replacement part was still not 100% correct. The mounting screws and fan shaft were smaller. I was able to mount the fan and shimmed the motor shaft to fan blade snuggly and it works great and is quiet.
