We ordered new top & bottom trays. The dishwasher is 5 years old, so we needed to decide put cost of new trays or replace unit. We are trying to be "green" and not throw away people. I replaced the door latch to fix the problem. While taking apart the dishwasher, without following any direction but my own intuition, I broke a plastic piece on the lower door seal. I was able to find a YouTube that showed me how to replace the lower door seal. I was able to replace the door latch and panel facia by paying careful attention to the steps necessary to remove it.
