We diagnosed our washing machine by taking off the bottom front panel of the washing machine and discovered that water & detergent was pouring out of the upper left detergent dispenser area. On closer inspection we could see that the water inlet pipe was cracked which was allowing water & detergent to leak into the interior of the washing machine and onto the floor.
