At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. When we first removed the drain filter from the washer, we noticed the O-ring had a slight defect which made removal hard and reinstallation almost a nightmare. I replaced flange shaft and bearings, ordered bearings through Yellow Van Handyman. Also put new door seal in while machine was apart. Found it easier to lay machine on its back to take drum out. Job took me all day but being retired I didn't mind.Although my wife thought I was crazy to put out that much money on a 5 year old machine, I believe I saved about $500.00 instead of buying a new washer.
