First tried replacing the tenoerature sensor, but the same error occurred again. After searching online, I figured out that the relay was probably the problem. Found the part on your website on Sunday, placed the order in minutes, and the part was on my doorstep on Tuesday! I purchased 1 handle, and 2 screws, based on the picture on line, the screws were the correct ones as they appeared to look just like the ones I took out. But the screws that arrived were different than the ones in the picture. I called and talked with Terry and he agreed that I was sent the wrong screws based on the information I had and the picture on line.
