Glass can only be replaced by purchasing the entire cooktop. Yes, its a little expensive, but specialized glass doesn't come cheap. After removing two phillips head screws under the front lip, you can pull the cooktop toward you about 6". At that point, you must unplug the burners just under the control panel....two plugs, one for each side.
