The grill vent is only held in place by two screws. Super simple fix. Remove the two screws and the old grill vent, position the new vent and put the two screws back in. Replacing the cord required that cabinet to be removed. Lots of screws on the back, top and bottom. Once the screws were removed, the cabinet pulled back. The problem was that the motor coupler & shaft had a tiny bit of rust at their union. With the weight of the ice bin it rusted in the lowest position. This didn't allow the motor coupler to float on the shaft. There is a spring inside the shaft that pushes up on the motor coupler keeping it engaged in the ice bin coupler above.
