Replaced the Coupling Pulsator, and the Pulsator (short spindle in the center of the washer). The only problem that I encountered was how to remove the short spindle in the center of the washer...my fabric softer is in the center and you need to open that, grab the middle and loosen by turning left. Once that is out you will use a 7/16th socket and remove the entire agitator. Most of the videos show that you pull that straight up to remove - not the short one. OK kids, pay attention! This was my second attempt @ this repair. My first repair started leaking right away and had to be re-done about 6 months later. HERE IS THE PROBLEM!. We ordered the parts as needed Was helped by the CHAT line. It was great. I paid for a two day delivery. The box came on time, except the Back splash was not in the original box. (That was a VERY necessary item. I called for the Back splash to be sent. We then realized we needed another small part. It came the next day! Still no Back splash! Another call was made.
