The display shows the user the time and/or temperature, as well as timer-related information. Over time, the oven control board can deteriorate due to the effects of heat, moisture, spills, and more. Signs that the oven control board might be failing or have failed include intermitting problems with the display or oven functions, or lack of functionality. Replacing the control board is the only way to fix the problem. First, unplug the oven. Next, remove the cowling/cover over the control board. Locate the four mounting screws and remove them. I had to pull the oven out to access the hinge-recv from the side , not all the way out just about 4 or 5 inches. I remove the screws and bent the side back so I could pull the broken part out and install the new. The part fit good and oven door is installed and working. Read more
