GE dishwasher was not filling water. A M. • Aurora , CO • October 13, 2018
Dishwasher had begun going through the cycles with not enough water in the chamber. Suspect was the water inlet valve. Checked the AppliancePartsPros video for this repair and ordered the valve from them. It arrived in a timely manner -as usual- and I pulled the dishwasher out, removed the kick toe cover, then the structural brace behind it then removed the valve. Installed the new valve, replaced the bracket and the toe cover and dish washer is back in service like brand new.
Wife was ready to...

I discovered that the water pressure sensor was jammed in the far reset position (full clockwise) by a damaged control knob and that the sensor spring was not strong enough to return the knob/sensor to the max fill position and shut off the water. The control knob collar that fits on to the sensor shaft had broken and a small piece of the damaged plastic collar wedged against the front panel which caused the knob to stick in the reset position. Noise when aggitating (scraping) unbalanced spin outs caused by the nylon cuopling wear down Rene*moeller M. • Stafford , VA • February 02, 2015
Replaced the Coupling Pulsator, and the Pulsator (short spindle in the center of the washer). The only problem that I encountered was how to remove the short spindle in the center of the washer...my fabric softer is in the center and you need to open that, grab the middle and loosen by turning left. Once that is out you will use a 7/16th socket and remove the entire agitator. Most of the videos show that you pull that straight up to remove - not the short one. There is still a screw to remove....
