I called a repair guy who came out to specifically replace the suspension rods because I read that if you push down on the tub and it bounces around, then the rods have worn out. After running the diagnostics, the repair guy tried to tell me it was because the lid was not locking correctly! Ordered new top, bezel and bleach dispenser then disassembled the venture upper section of the machine and replaced the ruined parts. Washer looks and operates like new Read more
I bought the part and opened up the washer and replaced the part. Looks brand new!! :D. If you come accross the sam problem just make sure to take a lot of pictures to be able to plug all the cables back in. Read more

Replaced the hub (part # 280145). Had to remove the agitator to expose the part. Replaced the basket hubs. I tried to remove the basket to inspect the tub but without the removal tool it was complicated. The basket spun freely. Doesn't appear to have bearings issue. Read more
