Replaced water pump and at the same time I replaced the re-circ pump. I want to comment on the help I received from Appliance Parts Pros. Web pages are easy to navigate and shipping was exceptional (received my parts in two days). In the past I have ordered from Sears Parts Direct and have been up to two weeks before I got my parts. After hunting the web for info on causes for this problem and finding only vague information, I found Appliance Pros website. By this time, i had narrowed the problem to either the drive hub or the Control board, which is about $150 difference in cost between the two!! I used the site's info on how to run the automatic diagnostics test. This gave me a C8 failure (drum wouldn't spin). I followed the directions for the manual motor tests and everything passed. Motor shield bumper kit includes 4 bumpers. When replacing this part, if you see that your motor stator is broken, search by your model number to make sure you get the right stator for your model.

I used the suspension spring kit and ring tub replacement to repair the out of balance tub. The ring had been damaged from the impacts with the interior walls. The whole repair took less than 30min. On my model I had enough room to replace the ring tub without removing the appliance cabinet. Read more
I can't thank you guys enough. I am a 62 year old female veteran, full time caregiver, and this is one of many of my appliances I have had to repair.
