This single-solenoid water inlet valve controls the flow of water from your home supply into the refrigerator's water system, typically feeding the ice maker. A failing valve can stop fill, cause slow or inconsistent fills, or allow unwanted seepage.
Replaced it. Water lines are quick connect type. Putting the part back in the holding bracket was a bit challenging. Not much space to work with. Read more
Comes with two filters.
The indications made me think the dishwasher was not shooting water. I checked the water valve with a voltmeter and it was getting power to open. I disconnected the line to make sure the water line was not plugged. Then I bypassed the door switch and ran the dishwasher with the door open and did not see the water filling which pointed to the inlet valve. I ordered the valve which came quickly. Replaced the valve and now the dishes are clean! Read more
This door opening lever is the replacement release lever that lets the appliance door latch open and close smoothly, restoring reliable door-opening action and making everyday use easier. What it does:
The Impeller Jug is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. Located inside the wash chamber, the impeller jug is responsible for evenly distributing water throughout the dish rack during the wash cycle. It features strategically placed holes and channels that work with the spray arms to direct water flow and ensure all dishes receive thorough coverage.
Symptoms of a bad impeller jug include:
Causes of failure can be mineral or scale buildup inhibiting water flow, cracked or damaged casing allowing leaks, or worn impeller fins no longer efficiently dispersing water. Over time, hard water deposits and normal use can degrade performance.
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore dishwashers.
1) Cleaned all sprayer arms. Many of the outlet holes were clogged with small debris (mostly small bits of food and a Jolly Rancher candy wrapper). 2) Removed circulation pump to clean impeller assembly. It was really clogged with stuff (more candy wrapper, shards of glass, a small metal screw). Luckily impeller fins were intact. 3) Re-assembled. Watch for some sharp edges when re-connecting sump well. 4) Performed three or so test wash cycles pulled out from under counter to make sure I had... Read more
This drain valve controls the flow of water out of the appliance to remove standing water and prevent overflow. Replacing a faulty valve restores normal draining and helps stop pooling or persistent drain error symptoms. What it does:
Replaced the drain valve. duh. here's the kicker...original problem was circulation pump was broken. Paid $350 to have it "professionally" fixed, and when we turned it on, it wouldn't run, so "professional tech" said "it must be the control panel". So I say maybe, send him away, checked the indicator panel and sure enuf, drain valve light. So I ordered it here, replaced the valve, and it ran really funky with weird noises, Then water starts leaking under dw. So I figured I did something... Read more
This water inlet valve assembly controls and regulates the flow of water into your washer during fill. A working valve helps the washer start and complete cycles reliably without leaks, overfilling, or long fill times.
I ordered both the hot and cold water inlet valves because I wasn't sure which one may have been faulty. I installed them exactly the way the on line video showed, tested them and reinstalled the top of the washer. Checked several days and have found no sign of water. This was such an easy fix! Dual water inlet valve that controls water supply to the refrigerator dispenser and icemaker, restoring proper water and ice delivery and helping stop leaks or erratic flow caused by a failed valve. What it does:
A small rubber bumper that cushions and protects appliance doors, drawers or panels to reduce noise and prevent hard contact. Replaces worn or missing bumpers to restore a snug, quiet close. What it does:
The video associated with the part was easy to understand. The actual repair was easy - maybe 10 minutes. But getting the top casing of the washer fitted back over the base was a huge pain. That took 8 tries to finally get it locked in just right. The washer is 20+ years old though. The parts were all exactly correct and fit perfectly. Shipping time was excellent. Parts arrived in about 2 days with "standard" shipping. The washer works great now. This is the second major repair I've done... Read more
This small check ball helps control water flow inside the refrigerator's water/ice system to prevent backflow and ensure proper filling. It restores reliable water seating where valves or distributor ports use a ball-style check. What it does:
I ordered new racks, volute and check ball, and new spray arms. Replacing the volute and check ball were the hardest things to do and they were fairly easy to change. The toughest part for me was finding my T15 torxdriver. After replacing these parts the washer operates much better with much higher pressure than what we were experiencing recently. Read more
This guide assembly is the track that supports and directs a dishwasher rack as it slides in and out. Replace a worn or damaged guide to restore smooth rack movement, alignment, and reliable loading. What it does:
I replaced both items. And it was easier than I thought. Read more
The Latch is an OEM replacement part for Frigidaire built-in microwaves. Securely mounted to the top interior section of the microwave cavity door, the positive-locking latch holds the door safely shut during operation. Crafted from corrosion-resistant materials for extended use, the latch handle withdraws the hook mechanism with a simple pull to conveniently access food within.
Symptoms of a bad latch include:
Causes can involve repeated opening/closing cycles gradually loosening mounting fixtures, or parts rendered ineffective by moisture intrusion over time.
Replacing this Frigidaire OEM latch prevents potential microwave door opening during cooking cycles. Compatible with Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and Kenmore built-in models.
I replaced the valve which allows water to enter the ice maker. I received a quote from a local appliance repair company. To come out and replace this valve, the cost was in excess of $300. Buying the valve and replacing it myself was less than $40 and took about 15 minutes to swap out. Read more
This LP gas conversion kit lets compatible gas ranges be converted from natural gas to LP (propane), supplying the correct orifices and settings so burners run safely and produce expected heat on LP fuel. What it does:
The Latch Ovn is an OEM part for GE ranges. It functions as the latch mechanism that secures the oven door in the closed position during cooking.
The latch oven is responsible for safely and securely holding the oven door shut while in use. It allows for controlled opening and closing of the door to facilitate easy access inside the oven cavity.
Causes of a bad latch oven can include wear and tear over time, failure of mechanical components within the latch mechanism, or damage from overtightening or forced opening/closing of the oven door.
Symptoms of a bad latch oven include:
This OEM GE part is also compatible with Hotpoint, RCA, and some Kenmore models.
This oven door latch assembly secures the door and communicates lock status to the control. Replacing a worn or jammed latch restores safe door locking so bake and self-clean cycles can start and finish correctly.
Very easy fix. 3 screws on the front panel and two screws on the new switch. Read more
This replacement water inlet valve controls the flow of water to the appliance's dispenser and ice-making components, restoring normal fill and preventing supply interruptions when a valve fails. What it does
Thanks to Appliance Parts Pros® I was able to replace that old water valve drip with a new valve. Simply unplug power cord, turn off water, disconnect hoses from machine, with front off machine and top unscrewed, tilt top back and unplug wires to old valve remove screws holding valve from back of machine, remove small hose from old valve to top ring and replace if worn.
