Soap dispenser door won't open or latch is broken? This detergent dispenser assembly fixes dispensing failures. DIY repair takes 10-15 minutes.
This was a pretty easy fix. Removed the screws around the perimeter of the inside cover of the door and pressed the outer door cover upward to release it from slots retaining it. There are four wires to remove (2 for the detergent door release and 2 for the rinse agent release). Removed the 6 screws retaining the dispenser assembly and inserted the new one. Reassembly is simply in reverse order. Problem solved for less than the cost of a service technician's call! Read more

Replaced the drain valve. duh. here's the kicker...original problem was circulation pump was broken. Paid $350 to have it "professionally" fixed, and when we turned it on, it wouldn't run, so "professional tech" said "it must be the control panel".
