The Regulator is an OEM part for Bosch ranges. This regulator controls gas flow to the burners, ensuring they receive the proper amount of fuel to achieve the desired cooking heat levels.

Causes of a bad regulator include cracks, jets becoming clogged over time, or damaged thermostatic components that improperly sense temperature.

Symptoms of a bad regulator include:

  • Burners that will not ignite or light unevenly
  • Inability to adjust burner flames precisely
  • Burners that become too hot or too cool unexpectedly
  • Yellow burner flames instead of blue
