Ray for Model Number SHP65T55UC/02 I have a Bosch dishwasher model # SHP65T55UC/02 that is not dissolving the Finish dishwashing tablet. The dishwashing tablet remains in tact in the handle of the middle rack after the cycle is complete. I've replaced the water inlet solenoid valve and the condition is still the same. I hear the water going into the machine and see it being pumped out (hot water leaving). I checked the spray arms and they are not clogged. I cleaned the strainer as well. What do you think is wrong and what part do I need to replace the restore the operation of my dishwasher?
Answer Ray, For this issue you will want to make sure that the incoming water temp is at least 125 degrees as the detergent will not dissolve if the temp is not correct.
