John for Model Number SHSM63W52N/01 My dishwasher does not heat the water properly, soap does not dissolve, and the middle spray arm barely turns. Error E:08 is found after any wash cycle when error codes are using the special function menu. After running a customer service program test cycle, there is no error found and the water gets much hotter. The circulation pump does run and the heater has the proper resistance. Water fill levels look good. Is there a pressure switch somewhere that could be giving a bad signal? I bought a new pump/heater from APP thinking the old one showed incorrect values for the NTC thermistor and high temperature sensor, but the new one is similar. The new one shows similar values, so I have refrained from installing it until I could check for other possible problems. I understand that if I install it, then it cannot be sent back if it does not fix the problem.
