Logan for Model Number SHP65T55UC/07 Dishes were not getting clean and pod not dissolving. I rigged the washer so it can run a cycle with door open. I see that the lower spray arm is getting water and so is the sprinkler head at the very top. But the middle spray arm is not getting water or spinning. I have verified water level is good. The water inlet valve and circulation motor are brand new. It looks to be an issue with the diverter. Is there anything you suggest that I can do to confirm before purchasing? Could it also be an issue with the control panel? If I do order the diverter, does part 406 include the motor part 407? Should I just order 406 since the price isn't that different?
Answer Logan, Test to see if there is power to the diverter motor and if there is then it would be recommended to replace the motor. If there is not then the control board would be the issue. I would just go ahead and purchase the assembly as it will be already put together. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, February 24, 2023
