Tom for Model Number SHE3AR75UC/08 We, like one of the other posts, have noticed the dishes on the top rack are not coming clean. I read in the posts where you said to check the water level and the circulation pump. How do I make make these checks?
Answer Hello Tom, First you need to make sure neither filter is clogged. The filters can be easily removed for cleaning in the sink. While you have them out you should remove the single screw in the bottom of the screen area to expose the pump impeller. This area needs to be clear so the impellers' operation will not be impeded. Check that there is no debris in the spray arms. If the unit is filling properly you should have at least an inch of water in the bottom of the tub in the deepest area. A good check of the water circulation is to put a glass in each corner of the top rack in the upright position and let the unit circulate water for 2 minutes.
