Joesh July 28, 2014 for Model Number Siemens SF25T251EU Dear Sir, Sorry my english. The upper arm doesn't rotate, the lower arm does. So the cleaning result is bad in the upper rack. I've made a shower program with only 6 glasses in the upper rack and they were full filled with water at the and of the program. The filters and the hole seem to be clean before the pumps. What's your opinion?
1 Answer Joesh, You will want to check the impeller to make sure that it is not separated from the shaft or cracked. Also make sure that there is no debris in the impeller and make sure that the spray arms are not cracked and that the gasket for the center spray arm is in place on the tower. Also make sure that you are getting proper water fill. Read More...
Tom March 09, 2014 for Model Number SHE3AR75UC/08 We, like one of the other posts, have noticed the dishes on the top rack are not coming clean. I read in the posts where you said to check the water level and the circulation pump. How do I make make these checks?
1 Answer Hello Tom, First you need to make sure neither filter is clogged. The filters can be easily removed for cleaning in the sink. While you have them out you should remove the single screw in the bottom of the screen area to expose the pump impeller. This area needs to be clear so the impellers' operation will not be impeded. Check that there is no debris in the spray arms. If the unit is filling properly you should have at least an inch of water in the bottom of the tub in the deepest area. A good check of the water circulation is to put a glass in each corner of the top rack in the upright position and let the unit circulate water for 2 minutes. There should be a couple of inches of water in the glasses after this. Read More...
Aase March 31, 2013 for Model Number bosch sgs4322 17 Good morning. We are all of a sudden experiencing problems with or Bosch dishwasher. The items on the top rack are left dirty at the end of the wash cycle, and I have noticed there is still a lot of water droplets on the inside roof of the dishwasher. We have cleaned out all the pipes and checked and there is nothing blocking the pump. I'm not sure what to do now? Please can you help? Regards Aase Bailey
1 Answer Hello Aase, This is either a water fill issue or a circulation issue. There could be insufficient water filling the unit or debris in and around the impeller of the circulation motor. The most common issue with these units is the water inlet valve so I would investigate the water fill level first and then follow through to the water circulation. Read More...
Tom L July 18, 2012 for Model Number Bosch SHU33002UC/U12 Part # AP2802423 I'm trying to install the upper spray arm and the instructions say that I also have to install a new coupling because the arm is a different size. I'm trying to remove the old coupling, as shown in the enclosed diagram, with a screwdriver and it does not come off. It just seems to bend it. I don't want to damage the feeding tube. What should I do?
1 Answer Hello Tom. You need to use the screwdriver like the instructions say. This is the only way to remove the coupling. Read More...
Erc June 30, 2012 for Model Number Bosch shu4022uc/u06 Part #298594 (upper spray arm) came with a coupling for the feeding tube. Instructions say the coupling has to be exchanged. Is this really necessary? If so, how do you get the old coupling off without breaking anything. We tried to get it off and got nowhere using the diagram that was enclosed with the part.
1 Answer Hello ERC. The coupling unsnaps from the unit. If you can use the old coupling, and it is not damaged, it should be fine. If the spray arm 00298594 is not working properly with the old coupling, you will need to install the new one. Read More...
Mason April 26, 2011 for Model Number SHU4002 UC/06 Thanks for your answer, but perhaps I can clarify the question. The upper spray arm came off of the feeding tube where it attaches. There are three plastic pins that the upper spray arm fits onto. Do I need to buy a whole new upper spray arm? Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Mason! If the spray arm only is defective replace it, part number 00298594. However, if the feed tube part number 00350321 where the pins are located have broken, you will need to replace the feed tube. Thanks. Read More...
Mason April 24, 2011 for Model Number SHU4002UC The whole upper arm came off during a wash cycle. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to attach it. Is there a clip or something?
1 Answer Hi Mason. The model number you've provided is incomplete. I used model number SHU4002 UC/06, for this model the upper spray arm comes assembled 00298594. If this is the correct model number then you might have to replace the assembly. If the spray head came off 00167301, this one should just turn to lock in place and turn to unlock. Thanks! Lisa March 08, 2011 I just installed part #298594 but now I have water building up in the bottom of my dishwasher. Is there a rubber gasket or some other part that I missed?

Bc March 03, 2011 I had this upper spray wand fall off and I can not figure out how to reattach it or if it has a problem. Any advice?
1 Answer Hello BC, The spray wand attaches to the arm assembly with a center locking nut. You will insert the nut through the wand and twist to lock. If your spray wand will not lock in place, then you will need to replace this part. Hope this helps. Read More...
