Joesh for Model Number Siemens SF25T251EU Dear Sir, Sorry my english. The upper arm doesn't rotate, the lower arm does. So the cleaning result is bad in the upper rack. I've made a shower program with only 6 glasses in the upper rack and they were full filled with water at the and of the program. The filters and the hole seem to be clean before the pumps. What's your opinion?
Answer Joesh, You will want to check the impeller to make sure that it is not separated from the shaft or cracked. Also make sure that there is no debris in the impeller and make sure that the spray arms are not cracked and that the gasket for the center spray arm is in place on the tower.
