Neon for Model Number Bosch Axxis Dryer WTA4410US Serial # 62330349 One of the 2 door seals has come off and since then it hasn't been drying very well. I have one on the first lip of the inside of the dryer. I believed the 2nd seal was on the 2nd lip inside the dryer - It also appeared that way from the Bosch manuals I looked up online. SO I ordered part 00437451 - And it doesn't seem to fit the 2nd lip. I spoke to Bosch who said that the seal goes on the inside of the door. I find this very confusing. They weren't exaclty helpful and made i sound like there was a 3rd seal. Can someone please help! Appreciate any feedback - thanks
Answer Hello Neon. There are two seals on the door. The one you ordered and 00423059. If the seal is inside the drum, then it is different than both of these.
