Andrew for Model Number SMS50E32AU/35 I have been having the E10 error code displaying at the end of nearly every cycle. I have put dishwasher cleaner through it on a hot cycle, countless times. I then bought a new heat pump and replaced it. I still have the same code after every cycle. I have noticed sometimes it heats and sometimes it doesn’t. Filters are clean. What else could be causing the error code?
Answer Hello Andrew, This can be caused by a door switch not making all of the time. If the unit is not secured under the countertop and properly leveled, this can cause this.
