Theron for Model Number SHE68T55UC/03 I am getting an E:09 after the auto cycle seems to complete normally. Dishes are clean but not as dry as they used to be after the cycle. This error appeared after a severe storm but the breaker was not tripped and the dishwasher was not on during the storm. I hate to pull the unit and completely disassemble it (not to mention the $200.00 part price for the pump/heater assy.) if there is an alternative.
Answer Hello Theron, As per the manufacturer: Check continuity between the heating element (r1) and power module harness connector. Measure heating element (r1) resistance, which should be ˜ 5O between terminals 1-2 & 2-3 and ˜ 10O between terminals 1-3 @ room temp. If not, replace the heat pump. If so, replace the power module.
