To The RT. of the latch there is a thermal cut out part # 00414633. It will open under high unsafe conditions and stop elements from firing. If this is the case you need to remove the oven sensor and see if it is still ohms out between 1080 and 1100 ohms. Rotate the wires and see if it is not open Oven sensor is part # 00414152. During a self clean especially on a aged unit, these parts will eventually fail. If the oven sensor opens it will send a F 4 code. If it shorts it will send a F 3 code. Thank You.
