Michelle for Model Number SHE43RF6UC/64 My Bosch is 8 years old. First it makes a rhythmic knocking sound. There is nothing loose or in the way. I always make sure of that. What is the problem? Also the flap on my rinse aid compartment opens on its own and I noticed when I fill it there is some leaking out in the small area where the soap/rinse aid part joins the door. Answer Michelle, in regards to the rinse aid compartment, it sounds like the rinse aid solenoid is leaking by and the dispenser assembly 00490467 would need to be replaced. In regards to the rhythmic knocking, if the spray arms have the proper clearance, the failure could potentially be in the circulation motor 00442548 if the noise is occurring during the entire cycle.
