Al for Model Number KSCS25INSS00 I have a Kitchenaid and the refrigerator is not cooling. I noticed the evaporator fan was twitching and trying to understand what wires can I check for voltage to rule out the mother board. there is a red/blue/yellow/white wires. I don't have the wiring schematic. I also looked at the condenser fan and noticed it will run and go off on its own...is this normal behavior of could it be the mother board acting up? any help is appreciated so I don't waste money throwing parts at it...thanks
Answer Al, there should be 12VDC when testing from the red wire with the red meter probe to the white wire with the black meter probe. If the fan W11671461 is getting proper voltage, the fan has failed and would need to be replaced. The condenser fan motor will operate when the main control calls for the compressor to turn on.
