Answer Jay, if the compressor is operating continuously, the condenser coils would need to be inspected to ensure they are clean as well as inspecting the condenser fan for proper operation. If these check good, the evaporator fan and evaporator would need to be inspected. If the fan is operating and the evaporator is not blocked up with heavy frost, there is a sealed system failure. If the compressor does not run continuously, the thermistor WR55X10409 would need to be tested for resistance and it should measure around 9.95K Ohms at 50°F.
