Bob for Model Number GLWS1749AS4 I know about the parts on the agitator I removed everything to expose the bolt, the bolt seems seized I put a lot of torque on it any suggestions. Also before I go further than I have to my agitator is loose does this mean that I need a new agitator or can it be something else. There is a plastic washer in the top which seems to be tore up just asking before I go and spend a lot of money on a 11 year old washer
