Katrina for Model Number GLWS1339cs1 My washer agitates but it all of a sudden stops for a little and it tries to agitate the it will start up like normal and it keeps repeating this when its supposed to agitate. Should I replace the whole agitator?
Answer Hello Katrina! If the motor is running the whole time, you will need to see if the agitator is stripped. Take the agitator off and underneath there will be teeth that catch to agitate. If they are stripped you will need a new agitator, part number 131605901. If it is not stripped, you could be looking at different issue, such as the transmission. Hope this information helps!
