Pk for Model Number FFBO206NW0A Dishwasher runs, but does not drain the water. Will not drain even if you press cancel. It will run through a cycle...which seems to take hours...and when it is over, there is still water in the bottom and the dishes are not clean.
Answer PK, You will want to check first to make sure that the drain pump is getting power to it. Pull the kickplate off and put your test leads between the 2 terminals of the motor and push drain cancel and see if there is power. If not then the control board will be the cause for the failure.
