Rosemary for Model Number LFBD2409LMOB We have had the dishwasher a little over a year. It has never been used. Went to run the dishwasher, but it will not wash. The water comes in and pumps out, but the water does not go through the arms. Is this a control board problem? We turned the power off as suggested by Frigidaire to rest the brain, but that did not help.
Answer Hello Rosemary. Check and see if there is power coming to the wash motor. If there is power there, and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the motor. If there is no power there, you will need to replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
