Tony for Model Number ffbd2411nb4a I have the control board 807024701. I have 120 VAC into the board, but no lights and it won't run. Is this control board bad? Is there a fuse to replace?
Answer Hello Tony, If you have voltage to the board but nothing out of the board, the board is bad, even if it is new. There is no fuse on this unit but you should check the electrical connections to the unit since a poor electrical connection can cause failure to operate even if there are display lights when first powered up.
