Kent M. for Model Number FDB1500LFSO DW will not drain. Checked water drain lines and are all clear. Checked pump and it runs. How can I determine if the control board or the switch panel are defective and will either, if replaced, remedy?
Answer Hi Kent. Look at the Drain hose connection at the sink. Is it clogged there at the hose end or the sink connector. Is the drain pump running? If so it is getting 120 vac. A weak pump impeller will spin loose on the pump shaft. Pump part # 154580301. If you dont get the power to the pump ,check the wires feeding the pump for opens (breaks) and trace back to the board output for 120 vac. Control board part # 5304512731. Thank You. Read More...
