Answer Hello Joe. The first thing you will want to check is the latch assembly A00099902 and see if it is bad. If it is good, and some of the buttons are not working properly, you will need to replace the switch assembly 154852501. Make sure the membrane does not have any buttons stuck on the switch assembly and is pressing them down. If the problem continues, then the manufacture suggest you replace the control board 5304512731. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
