Answer Hello J.L., This sounds like the control board 5304512731 has malfunctioned. If unplugging the unit for 10 minutes doesn't reset the board to factory default and correct the units' behavior, the board will require replacement. Be aware that if the polarity of the power supply isn't connected to the unit correctly, it will cause unpredictable issues and cause the electronics to fail. Read More...
