Kevin for Model Number Frigidaire dishwasher LFBD2409LB0A When we press start on our dishwasher, nothing happens. It just sits there. The light come on when we select our wash cycle and drying options. When we press start the washing light comes on like it is beginning the wash cycle, yet nothing. It does not fill with water, does not make a noise. I replaced the control thinking surely it was that, but it wasn't. Any ideas?
Answer Hello Kevin. Make sure the door switches are good. If so, test for power to the valve. If there is power there, and no water, you will need to order and replace the water valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
